Secrets of the city

The contents of Queen Anne’s vault are finally being studied: long-hidden secrets, cryptic clues, and a thousand years’ worth of carefully preserved blackmail. There’s a lot of knowledge in there that some very powerful vampires would like to keep hidden, but a shadowy entity seems willing to offer them all the tools they need… for a cost.

Season Pass

Vampire the Masquerade Clans of London Close Beta Ending Image

At the forefront of this season is Richard de Worde. He is available in the Premium Pass alongside an exclusive Style, cosmetics, and additional currency.

New Cards

Octavia Mullcroft and Lady Gloria begin selling, and exploiting, their newfound trove of information from the vault. The promise of forbidden knowledge draws Kindred like flies to a rotting corpse, most notably Richard de Worde, who finds himself dragged back into vampiric politics.

Releasing: May 14th 2026 (Premium Pass)

Richard de Worde

The legendary vampire Richard de Worde has been hiding beneath London since the attack in 2012. One of the city’s oldest Kindred, his return to vampiric affairs threatens new dangers for anyone seeking power within the city.

Key Card Information:

  • Blood: 6

  • Power: 10

  • Ability: While in play: Your cards without Support have double Power.

Richard is a major payoff for the “no support” archetype, more than making up for the Power normally lost by entering conflicts alone. As an Elitist, he can also benefit from powerful buffs if you manage to play him without support.

Releasing: May 21st 2026

Eugene Kister

Eugene runs an old video store, the ’58, providing shelter to outcasts from all walks of life. Of course, he also feeds on them, but the protection he offers is genuine. His errant childer has dragged him into a swirling maelstrom of secrets, betrayal, and danger. There are rumours the video store was built atop something far older and more important… but those are only rumours.

Key Card Information:

  • Series: 4

  • Blood: 2

  • Power: 2

  • Ability:   On Reveal: While in play: Your Prince and Knights without Support score 2 extra points.

When you’re trying to avoid having support, you often end up playing fewer cards overall. This can hurt your scoring potential, even while improving your ability to hold spaces. We wanted to give players an interesting way to increase their scoring potential while leaning into the archetype.

Whisper

A stealthy courier by trade, Whisper is used to ferrying valuable information all across the city - but the secrets pouring forth from the vault are in a whole different league. Impersonating another courier (on the assumption that a Ventrue can’t tell two Nosferatu apart) he's taken off with something so valuable it may unfortunately spell his own doom.

Key Card Information:

  • Series: 3

  • Blood: 3

  • Power: 5

  • Ability: On Reveal: Move into a connected empty space.

Whisper gives you a way to slip an early threat into a scoring space. Since moving often leaves him without support he pairs especially well with buffs from Harald Basilier and Richard de Worde.

Scarlett Redline

A stealthy Nosferatu courier like Whisper is ideal when discretion matters, but if pure speed is your concern, Scarlett Redline is the one to call. She is utterly obsessed with speed, cursed by her bane to perceive time more slowly than everyone else. The only time she truly feels at peace is when moving as fast as possible.

Key Card Information:

  • Series: 5

  • Blood: 2

  • Power: 4

  • Ability: When you Discard a card: Gain +1 Power and move to an empty or enemy connected space.

Scarlett combines Power with Malkavian chaos, and gives Discard decks an exciting new payoff for discarding. Used cleverly, and with a little luck, she can give you a hugely disruptive threat.

More cards are releasing later in the Season, check back for more details on those soon.

New Locations:

During the course of the Season we will be releasing new locations:

  • Name: Camden Catacombs

    • Modifier: Points cannot be scored before Turn 4.

    • Description: Largely abandoned by Mortals outside of tourist visits, the Kindred here are careful not to hunt or feed from any visitors or local residents, and instead use the vast unexplored network of tunnels under London to find their blood elsewhere, to avoid arousing suspicion.

  • Name: Tate Modern

    • Modifier: Defeated Princes are seduced.

    • Description: The Tate Modern is a prime example of redevelopment in London. Formerly a power station, it now houses Britain's national collection of modern art. The Toreador owner uses private functions and events to seduce the most important and high-profile figures they need to advance their schemes.
