Seasonal cards
As part of The Heist Season we are releasing another six new Cards over the the next two weeks! These Cards will be be available through packs in the Shard Shop.
New Cards - Available 19th Feb
Eduardo Santana
Every heist needs a hacker. With close ties to Marcus, he may have been Hand of the Sheriff in better times. He’s there to make sure the security cameras all happen to go out on the night of The Heist.

Card Info:
Series: 3
Blood: 3
Power: 5
Ability: On Reveal: Your Knights score 2 extra Points this turn.
Eduardo’s 2 extra points per Knight have to be timed cleverly, but are doubled by Marcus Kiley. Used at the right moment, this can create a large points swing from holding both Knights.
Jackie Pincher
An opportunistic scoundrel, what he lacks in blood sorcery skill he makes up for with quick lies and clever tricks. Juniper Fey has convinced him that the greatest treasure any Kindred has seen in the last decade is waiting in the Shard - if he can just survive the night.

Card Info:
Series: 4
Blood: 2
Power: 3
Ability: When one of your cards is defeated or discarded: Inflict -2 Power on a random enemy card.
The biggest weakness of Tremere decks is how easy their Acolytes are to defeat, and they were always meant to be the most tech-heavy clan. We wanted to add new ways to gain benefits from losses.
Jackie also creates synergy with cards like Juniper Fey and lays the groundwork for future discard cards.
Boyar Mușat
An ancient and terrifying blood sorcerer, equally gifted in Dominate and Blood Sorcery, he will stop at nothing to keep the contents of the former queen’s vault away from prying Anarch hands.

Card Info:
Series: 5
Blood: 7
Power: 5
Ability: End of Round: Trigger all your connected 'On Reveal' abilities.
We want to add new creative deckbuilding opportunities with more open-ended abilities. The ability to repeat effects that are normally meant to happen once should open up some interesting options. This can significantly power up many of Tremere’s existing combo pieces as well.
New Cards - Available 26th Jan
Isabel Segura
If Marcus and his crew are successful, they’ll need a bloody good fence to sell off the contents of the vault. That’s where Isabel comes in - renowned for her connections and her skill at flipping anything that comes her way. The fact that she takes a secret cut for herself is treated as an acceptable loss.

Card Info:
Series: 3
Blood: 2
Power: 1
Ability: When an enemy card loses Power: Steal 1 Power from it. (Once per round)
Isabel is designed to support a playstyle built around stealing Power and debuffing enemy cards. This archetype has existed in some form for a while but has struggled to truly take off without proper support, so we’re hoping to see it grow going forwards.
Celine Mușat
Her father and sire kept her locked up in their manor for the last few hundred years. Now she has escaped and fled to London, taking tomes of ancient sorcery with her. Her presence has brought Boyar Mușat’s wrath down upon the city.

Card Info:
Series: 4
Blood: 2
Power: 1
Ability: On Reveal: Curse an enemy Pawn, next turn it cannot give Support
There are a few true control pieces in the game, but so far faster decks have had an advantage right from the start. We still want to keep aggro playstyles viable, but add more ways to punish overly greedy plays. Control is a hard archetype to balance, as it can be disproportionately frustrating to play against compared to its win rate, but it fills an important role in the meta ecosystem.
Forterra Face
The muscle of the heist team, she was Embraced in HM Prison Holloway by the Nosferatu feeding there. She trusts no one, but the pay on this job was impossible to turn down.

Card Info:
Series: 5
Blood: 1
Power: 3
Ability: While in Play: This cannot give Support in Conflict
We want to continue adding support to a ‘small card flood’ Violent playstyle; Forterra has the Violent tag. With the synergy pieces around holding Knights this season, we also want to give players better tools to reach and hold Knight spaces early in the game.
Thanks for reading!
