At the forefront of this season is Justicar Parr, a returning character from the wider Vampire: The Masquerade mythos, she is available in the Premium Pass along with an exclusive Style, cosmetics, and additional currency.

New Cards

Malkavians pulled in by the Cobweb flock to the event, including the illustrious Justicar Parr, who intends to leave an impression the attendees will struggle to forget.

Releasing: APRIL 16th 2026 (Premium Pass)

Justicar Parr

The Malkavian Justicar, Juliette Parr was present at the fall of London, now many years later she's been quietly pulling strings in the city, helping orchestrate the downfall of the ECTU. Now after the reported death of Ishaq Khan, she's revealed her presence in the city. She's back to bring down the weight of the camarilla (and execute her own plans) upon the city.

Key Card Information:

• Blood: 8

• Power: 10

• Ability: On Reveal: If Prince, Discard your lowest Power card(s). When you Discard a card: Gain +1 Power and 4 Points.

Justicar Parr will discard all cards from your hand which share the lowest power. She offers a new deck building opportunity, as her effect doesn't rely on other discard synergy, but can still benefit heavily from it. With Parr you'll have to build around a specific lowest power to have in hand, allowing you to go into the final turn with a bunch of cards she can discard for maximum value.

Dan Washington

His clan bane afflicts him with bouts of depersonalisation, where he sinks deep into the folds of his own mind, detaching from his self to float in an endless void. However, any who underestimate him in this state will quickly find out why he maintains power in Camarilla Court.

• Ability:   On Reveal: If Prince, Discard your rightmost card in hand. If Knight, Discard the leftmost.

Dan Washington gives you flexible control over what you discard, by allowing you to change targets based on where you play him he gives you the greatest control over what you discard.

Missy Mythos

Extremely gifted in Dementation and manipulation of memories, she implants confusing falsehoods in the mind of London's inquisition agents to sow chaos in their ranks. A former member of ECTU herself she sacrificed it all after become smitten with Lucy Baptiste. In exchange for protecting Lucy during Antigen, she was embrace by Justicar Parr.

• Ability: When Discarded: Add 2 Illusion copies that cost 1 to hand.

Discard decks need 2 parts to work, cards that make you discard, and cards you want to discard. You'll always want to discard Missy Mythos, and by doing so she gives you even more stuff to discard allowing the deck to keep flowing. She also gives Malkavian extra tools for board control by allowing you to flood the board with her copies.

Molly Cybin

One of the hosts of the wildest Elysium in the city, Molly is as addicted to the party lifestyle as she is psychedelic-laced mortals. Her habits and clan bane have taken a deep toll on her mind, and the delusions are strong enough to manifest into the minds of others.

• Blood: 3

• Power: 5

• Ability: Before game: Shuffle Molly's 4 delusions into your deck. On Reveal: Draw one of the delusions.

Molly Cybin is a toolbox card in the most Malkavian way - She'll shuffle 4 unique tokens into your deck at the start of the game, giving you lots of new tools to discard cards. While she does dilute your deck each of these tokens is powerful in their own right and can really empower a deck built around discard synergies so she more than makes up for slightly less predictable draws.

New Locations:

During the course of the Season we will be releasing new locations:

• Name: Parr's Court

  • Modifier: When one of your cards is Defeated or Discarded, score 2 points.

  • Description: Traitors to the Camarilla are commonly taken to be judged by the current Malkavian Justicar here. With their minds raided for information, there are few lies that can withstand the obsessive scrutiny. One kindred’s loss is another’s gain.

• Name: Camarilla Forum

  • Modifier: Points cannot be scored from card abilities.

  • Description: Several entire floors of a skyscraper near Liverpool Street are taken over by a prestigious Camarilla forum. A place of debate and law, in which strict rules govern discourse. Those who do not abide the rules are dealt with, decisively.
